There is not 1 diet that works for everyone. Together we will identify which foods work for you and build a plan from there. Micronutrients and macronutrients will be taken into account and balanced. The food plans can also be used to target weight goals if that is something that has to be improved on top of other concerns. Supplementation is usually an addition to diet and lifestyle. Supplementation can be necessary for people with malabsorption issues and cannot reach all micronutrients goals from food. This is very common for people with chronic health issues.
